We have two brand new flats on Windsor Crescent, close to The Spa, South Beach and the Yacht Club.
Our 2 bedroom 2nd Floor Flat is at the top of Windsor Crescent, overlooking peaceful gardens. Its on the 2nd and 3rd floor of a traditional Bridlington Terrace. The steps aren't steep, but the final flight to the Master Bedroom is more suitable for children over 5 years. With full central heating, Seagulls 2 is available all year round.
Seagulls 1 is a 1-bedroom 1st floor flat, so new we don't have any photos yet. It has a large, spacious lounge with two bed settees and a daybed. There is also one double bedroom with four poster bed, a well stocked kitchen and separate bathroom with shower over. It's very close to the harbour - you can see the sea from the front garden. The rear garden is for exclusive use of this flat, and will be ready for Summer 2009.

The spacious living room is equipped with Flat Screen TV, DVD player and discs, PS2 with games, microphones etc. The two windows let light flood in, and afternoon and evening sunbathing is possible without leaving your sofa! For overnight guests, the settee converts into a double bed.
The huge Master Bedroom is on the top floor, and has a comfortable bed settee for any visitors who can't bear to go home. click here for bed settee photo
There is also a twin bedroom on the lower floor, so eight can stay if required.

The kitchen catches every ray of the morning sun. It is fully equipped with Fridge/Freezer, Oven, Hob, Microwave,Kettle,Toaster etc.etc.etc. The cupboards are stocked with everything you could need, but should you find something missing there's a 24hr Tesco 250m away.

The flats provide a perfect base for exploring the gorgeous East Coast of Yorkshire. The towns of Scarborough and Whitby are a short drive away, and picturesque villages such as Robin Hoods Bay and Staithes are in easy reach. Further afield are York, The North Yorkshire Moors and The Yorkshire Dales.
The town of Bridlington offers everything for families and couples alike for a traditional seaside holiday. The beaches are blue flag, the nightlife is lively, and there is an abundance of recreational activities within walking distance.
