Chalet three is our first detached chalet, so is slightly larger than the semis. It is situated on 4th Avenue, less than 100m from the beach, and very handy for the restaurant, bar, arcade and shops.

It has a double master bedroom There is also a double bed settee in the lounge for overnight visitors.



The second bedroom has bunk beds, suitable for up to approx 5'4"

We supply quilts and pillows for the beds. We can also supply linen for a small extra charge - please enquire

The separate kitchen has full size oven, microwave, kettle, toaster etc and an extensive range of crockery, cutlery and cooking equipment. We supply washing up liquid, and every day store-cupboard essentials - tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, vinegar,oil etc.

The bathroom has a bath with shower over.

The lounge has all the usual Seagulls
  Entertainment - Flat Screen TV, DVD Player and discs, PS2 and games.

There is also dining table.

Outside is a fenced garden with table and chairs,
and private parking.
